Effect
This spell activates any nearby portal, allowing the player to instantly travel to any other activated portals. Portals only need to be activated once and this spell has no other use once all portals are activated.

You learn this spell from Chinkashh (snake_woman_base_0019) during the main quest but it it is not listed in the spell book.
