Full Game

Digital download

The Windows version of Arx Fatalis is available at:

• GOG.com - DRM-free download without proprietary client
• Microsoft Store - You can run Arx Libertatis directly from the Xbox app.
• Steam

All of these include the following languages (text and audio): English, Français (French), Deutsch (German), Italiano (Italian), Pусский (Russian), Español (Spanish)

Under Windows, just install Arx Fatalis normally. The download-only versions(from GOG or the Bethesda.net launcher) already include the latest patch, so there is no need to install it manually. Afterwards, use the Windows installer for Arx Libertatis.

For other operating systems, there is a script to extract the GOG.com installer. For other store versions, install Arx Fatalis normally under Windows or Wine and then see Installing the game data under Linux.

Physical copy

Boxed and CD copies of Arx Fatalis can still be found - be sure to get the PC and not the Xbox version:

Other languages

• 中文 (Chinese): There is a Taiwanese version of Arx Fatalis called 地城英雄誌. You can find it on on ruten.com.tw and sometimes on eBay.
• 日本語 (Japanese): There is a Japanese version of Arx Fatalis called アークス・ファタリス. There is a guide available at [1]. Physical versions are listed on amazon.co.jp, amazon.com, line.me and rakuten.co.jp.
• Polski (Polish): While there is no official Polish version of Arx Fatalis, there is an unofficial text-only translation that can be used with the English version.
• Türkçe (Turkish): While there is no official Turkish version of Arx Fatalis, there is an unofficial text-only translation that can be used with the English version.
• 한국어 (Korean): While there is no official Korean version of Arx Fatalis (악스 파탈리스), there is an unofficial text-only translation that can be used with the English version.

Demo

Like the full game, you can play the Arx Fatalis demo using Arx Libertatis:
